Garrison Productions ("Garrison", "we", "us") is a Singapore-based print, signage and window film company. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how it's handled — in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What we collect
When you get in touch through this site, we collect only what you give us:
- Your name
- Your phone number or WhatsApp contact
- Your email address
- The services you're interested in and any project details you add (size, quantity, material, timeline)
This happens when you submit the quote form, message us on WhatsApp, call, or email us directly. We don't collect payment details on this website, and we don't track you across other websites.
How we use it
Your details are used only to respond to your enquiry: preparing a quotation, discussing artwork and specifications, scheduling production and installation, and keeping a record of the job for warranty or follow-up purposes. We don't use it for unrelated marketing, and we don't sell it to anyone.
Third-party services we use
Quote form submissions are delivered to our team's inbox through Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service — it passes your submission straight to us by email and doesn't use it for its own purposes. We also use Google Analytics, which collects anonymised, aggregate usage data (pages viewed, general location, device type, and clicks on our call, WhatsApp and quote buttons) using its own cookies, to help us understand how the site is used; this is never linked back to a name or contact from the quote form.
Cookies & browser storage
This site stores one small preference in your browser — whether you last chose light or dark mode — so it doesn't reset every visit. No advertising or tracking cookies are set by Garrison itself.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and job details are kept for as long as reasonably needed to complete the work, handle any warranty follow-up, and meet our own accounting and record-keeping obligations — then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
